DIY Paracord Dog Tab Leash – Double Line Solomon’s Knot

Paracord dog tab leash double line solomons knot

This paracord dog tab leash was made using the double line Solomon’s knot.

Supplies Needed:

  1. Scissors
  2. Paracord – To make a 6 foot leash you will need 106 feet of the black paracord. You will also need two cords of 85 feet each of the pink paracord.
  3. Lighter – To singe the ends of the paracord. Can also be used to finish and melt the ends to the main cords at the end of the paracord dog leash.
  4. Dog Leash Clip – You can use whatever you prefer as the dog leash clip. In my video I used a lobster clasp rated for a maximum weight of 40 pounds.
  5. Paracord Jig (Optional) – This is helpful for keeping your paracord tight when working. The one I used in this video can be found at https://amzn.to/2D2ptUL. There is a smaller paracord jig also https://amzn.to/2JJQ4HD.
